We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Returns & Refunds Policy

If you return goods to us, unopened, within 30 days of the day of delivery we will refund the amount charged. We do advise you obtain proof of posting from your local post office. We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened. See our Cancellation Policy below for more details.

Cancellation Policy

If  you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of the item(s) within a period of 14 days (commencing from the date the goods are received). This applies to all of our products. However we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for purchases where the item(s) has been opened.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and obtain proof of posting from your local post office. You must ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

As soon as we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item(s).

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for breaking any of these conditions is limited to refunding any money you’ve already paid for items that you haven’t received or that you’ve returned within the agreed time scales and in the required condition. We won’t be liable for any other loss or damages, unless the loss or damages are caused by our negligence or our breach of these terms and conditions.

We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, offers, specifications and descriptions. We will endeavour to do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable after we become aware of them. We shall be under no obligation to dispatch an order for products/offers which have been advertised incorrectly but we shall give you the option to either cancel the order or confirm the order at the correct price.
